These include acquiring and rehabilitating existing structures, developing new projects on vacant land, offering comfortable rental arrangements, and serving as developers, project managers, owners’ representatives, and investors. He has served as a tenured faculty member at Olive Harvey College in Chicago, teaching business and entrepreneurship. Additionally, he has been a Module Faculty Member for the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business Program and currently serves as faculty for The Joseph Business School. Kyle has combined his theoretical study at prominent universities with practical experiences at Fortune 500 companies, making him a well-rounded leader in the real estate development industry. Kyle earned a Master of Science in Management, with a concentration in Marketing, from Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Hampton University. He resides on Chicago’s South Side with his two boys, Eli & Samuel, whose names birthed the company, E & S Development, LLC
